The
Alchemical Nursery Project has been fortunate to have the skills of
15 landscape design students from Professor Emmanual Carter's class at
SUNY-ESF for a week's worth of study and design for 717 Otisco street,
the proposed future home of the ANP's urban embassy headquarters.
These students have taken one week out of their normal class studies
to research, explore and design possible configurations for our desired
Permaculture based landscape needs. Including vegetable gardens,
chicken coop, storage, water catchment and more.
The final designs will be presented at the Gear Factory (a Westside
resource hub for the productive interaction of artists, musicians, and
creative types of all genres) on the corner of Fayette and Geddes
Streets, this Wednesday, March 25th at 6 PM. All are welcome to attend
and learn about the proposed designs and supply feedback to the
students and for the future of the property. Hope to see you there.
