Food Not Bombs Syracuse is a non-violent direct action collective that works on immediately aiding those in the Syracuse community that could use a helping hand. We try to pick up where governmental organizations leave off, while raising awareness of some of the problems affecting our local communities from such negligence. We work collectively, on a Consensus basis recovering wasted and discarded items and turning them into useful items again. 

Currently Food Not Bombs Syracuse is a very small collective, and we wish to fulfill all of our aspirations. In order to do so, we need your help! 

Vegetable/ Food prep begins at 12:30 each Saturday, right before the mealshares. Please bring all recovered and donated produce to OUR NEW KITCHEN LOCATION - 728 Westcott Street, Syracuse . If you can help with prep please come to 728 Westcott Street . Help cook! We will be cooking at 728 Westcott Street starting at 12:30, right before the 3PM mealshare each Saturday. Please come and help us cook up a spectacular free hot vegetarian meal each Saturday at 12:30!
