The Alchemical website will be undergoing an update to its content management system, known as Joomla!, in the not too distant future.  To facilitate the migration of data to the new version, certain features of the website will be temporarily disabled or altered.

The Discussion Forums will be taken offline.  Commenting functionality will be disabled.  Blog posting will be altered to allow posting only by administrators, staff, and sponsored project representatives. 

Alchemical will also use this partial downtime to undertake a study of the website management and administration.  We expect this process to help us determine the best use of this community resource, and the best way to ensure it is efficient and effective.  

Sorry for the inconvenience, new content will still be regularly posted on the front page, the community calendar, and within the "Alchemical Flow" blog pertaining to organizational announcements and news.
