* Clinic Update
- Meeting with State officials on Wednesday AUgust 17 to hopefully get final approval to begin operations
* Sept 10
- We will hold the work day between the hours of 10 am - 3 pm
- Planned tasks for the day are aerating ground with forks, cleaning cardboard of tape and staples, sheet mulching with cardboard and wood chips, layout of trail with poplar logs, installation of sign, construction of raised beds
- Tasks prior to Sept 10 include soil testing (Jessi and Frank), Call Dig Safe 800-DIG-SAFE (Magda), Syracuse Grows Liability Release form (Magda), Creation of Sign (Lindsay and Frank)
- Day of Event: folding table check-in area, tent, tool area, volunteer sheets from Syr Grows, water for drinking (no single-use bottled water)
*Materials, Tools and Other Supplies
- Cardboard needs to be continually collected between now and Sept 10th (Everyone)
- Frank has confirmed Woodchips being provided by Steve Harris and the City
- Dave to provide Poplar logs (Dave can you provide a few extra to possibly use for posts for the sign we will be installing)

Compost from OCRRA for raised beds and any other spot planting that might occur
- Alicia: truck, wheelbarrow, pitchfork, shovels, rake
- Ali: Water in jugs and watermelon
- CCE (Jessi): 2 wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, gloves, hoses, first aid kits
- Lindsay: pliers, landscaping fabric
- Frank: Hammer, Electric Drill, Hardware for Sign
* Other Items
- Frank will consolidate plant list from plan drawing, and prep a template letter to begin soliciting nurseries, etc
- Black locust slabs and corner posts for raised beds. Lindsay to get quote from contact, and Jessi to inquire to Cosmo about a barter opportunity
- Check spigot location exterior of building for attaching hoses for watering
- Sign board and paint, Frank has old osb, and will inquire to Bread and Roses about a paint donation

- Zay to follow-up with Home Depot
- Frank to explore IndieGoGo crowdfunding platform to set up campaign
- Magda to inquire into WTB grants for trees as part of A-OK weekend (balled root for early planting season)
- City/Steve Harris buying container trees for CSO District, do we qualify?

- Create Flyer, and canvas surrounding neighborhood prior to Sept 10.
- Jessi to contact Danforth and Van Duyne Schools
- Jessica will be asked to follow up with McKinley School once flyer info is ready.
