Get yer apples, and other local produce (and meat and dairy and bread and so on and so on) at the Regional Market this Spring and Summer.  Make it a family trip out, have lunch at  one of the prepared food vendors, talk to the local farmers, walk outside in the sun (or rain) while shopping instead of under the same old fluorescent lights in the big box stores, and see if you don't just feel a little better that day.  I dare ya.
